1. Who we are
Bellioo is a booking platform for beauty and wellness services. We connect clients with businesses (hair salons, barbershops, beauty centres, spas…) that manage their schedule through Bellioo.
2. Using the platform
You can browse and book as a guest or with an account. When booking you commit to attending the appointment or cancelling/rescheduling it within the business's policy. The service is provided and charged at the venue, under its conditions.
3. Your account
Your account is created by verifying your email (no passwords). You are responsible for keeping access to your email. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time via support.
4. Reviews and content
Reviews must be based on real experiences and be respectful. Bellioo may remove content that breaks these rules. Businesses can reply publicly to reviews.
5. Liability
Bellioo brokers the booking; the service is provided by each business. We are not responsible for the quality of the service provided, without prejudice to your consumer rights.
