This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies we use on bellioo.com, on business websites published with Bellioo and in the apps, as required by article 22.2 of Spain's Law 34/2002 (LSSI).
1. What they are
A cookie is a small file the browser stores when you visit a website. The browser's local storage serves a similar purpose: it keeps information on your device so the site works. Here we call both "cookies".
2. Necessary cookies, which do not require consent
They are essential to provide the service, so we do not ask for them. Without them the site does not work.
| Purpose | What it stores | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Session | Your session identifier so you stay signed in as you move between pages | Until you sign out or it expires |
| Language and interface preferences | The language you chose and settings such as the colour theme | Persistent, until you change it |
| Security | Protection against forged requests and abuse | Session |
| Subscription payments | Stripe, our payment provider, sets its own fraud-prevention cookies on the pricing and checkout pages | As set out in Stripe's policy |
3. Cookieless usage measurement
To know which pages are used and where the product fails we use an analytics tool that sets no cookies, creates no personal identifiers and does not follow you across sites. It only produces aggregate statistics: number of visits, pages viewed, approximate country and device type. That is why it does not require your consent. The same applies to business websites published with Bellioo, whose statistics each business sees in aggregate form.
4. Maps
Pages with a map load it from Mapbox. When they do, Mapbox receives your IP address in order to serve the map images. Mapbox does not set tracking cookies on our pages.
5. What we do not use
We do not use advertising, profiling or social media cookies, and we do not share your browsing with advertisers. The Bellioo and Bellioo Business apps include no advertising, attribution or tracking kit, and do not request Apple's tracking permission because they do not track.
6. If this changes
If in the future we add cookies that require consent, for example to measure advertising campaigns, we will ask for it with a clear notice before setting them, with the option to refuse as visible as the option to accept, and we will update this policy.
7. How to control them
You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. If you block the necessary ones, some features, such as staying signed in, will stop working.
